Q1: How can I create additional mailing lists whenever I want?

Q2: When people receive emails, will it show our brand/logo or the Net Atlantic brand/logo at the bottom of the email?

Q3: We would like to post-pay based on invoice at the end of the month (rather than pre-pay at the beginning of the month). Please let me know what we need to do for this.

Q4: I assume that the information for the various payment options will appear on the monthly invoice (check or wire transfer). If we choose to pay by credit card, will this be done online through our reseller account? What is the process in this case? (most likely we will be paying by wire transfer)

How can I create additional mailing lists whenever I want?

With the reseller account, you are given a site with a site administrator login. With the site administration login, you can create as many lists as you like.

When people receive emails, will it show our brand/logo or the Net Atlantic brand/logo at the bottom of the email?

It is a fully branded solution. Your private label account showing your company name and logo on your web control panel interface. You can also customize the footer to a point.

To apply for monthly invoicing for your Reseller account, simply reply to this email and provide the following information:

Registered Legal Company Name:
Billing Address:
Billing Contact Name:
Billing Contact Email Address:
Billing Contact Phone Number:

If you're approved for credit terms, your business will be able to pay for your Reseller account on a monthly basis by check, credit card, or wire transfer. Once approved, you'll receive an invoice around the first of the month, mailed to the address listed in your account (if you prefer this by email please let us know).

If you choose to pay by credit card, you'll need to fill out this form https://secure.netatlantic.com/netatlantic/payment.html - and if you choose 'wire transfer' please email billing@netatlantic.com and we will give you the information you'll need. Note: If your mailing list usage goes over a specific dollar amount we may require some payment upfront.

Could we see a demo of the reseller account? If possible please login details?

The reseller account does not have a demo. The account is virtually the same as the test drive except that the Net Atlantic branding is removed, your branding is added, and you can add and delete as many lists as you like at will.

How soon can we be up and running?

A couple of hours. Once we receive the signed Reseller Agreement by fax, we'll get your Reseller Account set up as soon as possible. Also, we will contact you to let you know what DNS settings to use for your virtual server name (server.yourdomain.com). Also, at that time, if you have ordered it, we will give you your static dedicated IP address information.

What is the difference between Professional and Enterprise service levels? Is the reseller account Pro or Enterprise, or do we have an option to choose?

At this time, the reseller account is limited to Professional service level functionality. If you need Enterprise functionality we could set you up on our enterprise server, but the discount and branding would not be available. Another alternative is a dedicated server which we would need to custom quote you. Enterprise Dedicated servers start at $2,245 per month.

In the email headers (eg, received, list-unsubscribe etc), is it possible change the server name "rs1.netatlantic.com" and brand it with our own server name. If it's possible, please let me know what changes we need to make to our DNS servers.

To change the received line, you will need to sign up for the dedicated IP address option which is $100 per month. We will assign you an IP address as soon as we get the agreement and the confirmation that you want to the static IP.

The list-unsubscribe header, unsubscribe URL header, and tracking hyperlinks use your virtual server name (server.yourdomain.com) and is included at no cost as part of your Reseller Account.

We invoice you for your usage, and you invoice your customer directly. Your account is 'your' fully-branded solution, so you invoice your customer directly yourself at whatever dollar amount you choose.

Revenue numbers shown on our chart are based on Net Atlantic's current published mailing list rates (see http://www.netatlantic.com/products/email-newsletter-hosting/prices.html) for "Professional Level" service. Basically, you can take our pricing table and modify the pricing.

Note: Our Reseller program is for "Professional Level" only.

Discounts shown are applied to reseller total invoice for the month.
