Billing Process

Email Newsletter Hosting

  • Your order is received.
  • The list request is reviewed by our Compliance Department.
  • Upon acceptance, the Billing Department will charge a $35.00 set-up fee, and add a $35.00 virtual mail server set-up fee (if you have selected this option) to your credit card.
  • Recurring charges will be billed automatically to your credit card each month - generally on the 4th day of the month.
  • List charges are based upon the maximum number of subscribers/members you have each month, not the number of times you send.
    Additional bandwidth usage (over the 1 GB per month allotted to your account) will be charged at a rate of $10.00 per additional GB (pro-rated). Bandwidth usage will vary depending on 3 factors:
    • the number of subscribers/members you are mailing to each month
    • the size of the messages (i.e. 4k, 10k, etc.)
    • the frequency of your mailings (i.e. once a day, once a week, etc.)

Web Site Hosting

  • Your order is received.
  • When your site has been set-up on our servers by our technical support team, the Billing Department will charge a domain registration fee (if applicable), and a pro-rated web site hosting fee to your account. Hosting fees vary depending upon which plan you have requested. more information
  • Payments can be made via all major credit cards, or by company check.
  • Recurring charges will be billed monthly, or yearly depending upon which billing plan you have selected.
