1. How much does it cost?

You are billed for the service monthly and the fee is based on the size of your list (number of subscribers), not the number of messages you send. Check the Pricing & Order Form for more detail.

2. Do you sell or rent email addresses?

No. Net Atlantic does not sell or rent email addresses because the people you email to must have at some point requested (or opted to receive) your specific information or type of information. The most legitimate lists are those you build organically or those purchased through a legitimate cross-referral program or partnership.

3. Can I change the "mail-from" and "reply-to" addresses of the email that gets sent out through your service?

Yes, absolutely! It can be any valid email address you have. You will probably want to have it be "Your Company" (you@yourdomain.com)

4. Do you have templates for HTML email?

Yes! Pre-designed HTML email newsletter templates are included with all levels of email marketing service. These templates include one column, two column, three column and many more in all kinds of layouts, sizes and colors.

We also offer a custom template design service to better meet your business needs.

5. Can you host images in my account or do I have to host them elsewhere?

Both. You can host an unlimited number of images in our image hosting library, where you can upload and store them for use in your emails. You can also open the library from within the content editor.

6. How long does it take to set up my service?

Account setup is immediate when you choose to pay by credit card. To sign up for email newsletter hosting, please use our Pricing & Order Form. We also offer an instant free trial.

7. Can I pay for service by invoice with a company check?

Yes! Subject to credit check. Please submit your request to billing@netatlantic.com.

8. What kind of tech support do you offer?

Free and unlimited tech support by phone (978-219-1900), email (support@netatlantic.com), and live chat support.

We also have training available by appointment for an additional cost.

9. How do you maintain the 99.5% delivery rate?

Net Atlantic has excellent relationships with all major ISPs, including whitelisting of our IP addresses, complaint loops, and other preferred services offered to professional email list hosting companies. We maintain compliance with all SPAM laws and are proactive in insuring our clients also use best practices.

10. Do you force me to reconfirm all my subscribers when I upload them?

No. This is not required.

11. What kind of opt-in method do you require?

All clients must use either a Single Opt-In or a Confirmed Opt-In (COI) (sometimes called "double opt-in") subscription method to prevent unwanted subscriptions to your mailing list.

12. What is the setup fee?

A $35 one time setup fee covers setting up your account and uploading your subscriber mailing list.

13. Are there any other additional costs or hidden fees?

The only additional cost some clients incur is an additional message fee for messages sent over the 6x monthly limit for your list size. This applies to lists larger than 7,500 members.

14. What are the differences between the Professional and Enterprise levels?

Enterprise level advantages are: additional fields available to store subscriber information, faster sending speed, longer availability of mailing history and statistics, and direct ODBC connectivity. For additional differences see our Service Level Comparison.

15. Can I make it look like my mail is coming from my own mail server?

As a list owner, you can always change your "mail-from" and "reply-to" settings to whatever you like, and this is included with your list at no cost.

However, you can add even more customization to your list by having your list appear as if it is on its own mail server as a virtual mail server. Another name for a virtual mail server is a Cname (which stands for canonical domain name), or a subdomain. It is simply the term used to describe the words before your domain name, such as list.yourdomain.com.

21. Do I have to sign a contract?

No, there are no contracts or minimum time commitments. The service is a month to month service, billed monthly.

22. Do you support foreign language character sets in email newsletters?

Yes! We support 59 different international character sets, including Arabic, Cantonese, Chinese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Filipino, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Slavic, Spanish, Turkish, Vietnamese, and many more!
