March 19, 2009 - As part of Net Atlantic's ongoing commitment to high deliverability and combating email abuse, several technology staff will attend this year's MIT Spam Conference.
SALEM, MASS. – Email Service Provider Net Atlantic is sponsoring the seventh annual Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Spam Conference. Net Atlantic Vice President Wes Owen, Technical Support Manager Gregg Hanson and Abuse, Compliance & Delivery Technician Sean Snyderman are a few of the employees that will attend.
"Being a part of the MIT Spam conference gives us a better understanding of current trends in spam," said Technical Support Manager Gregg Hanson. "We value collaboration with leaders in the industry as it helps us prevent this type of email abuse." Interactive marketing and technology professionals should work together to fight spam as its negative impact crosses all industries and affects email's reputation as a trusted marketing and communications tool.
"As an Email Service Provider, Net Atlantic continually works on spam and compliance issues in order to benefit our clients," Hanson said.
