Russell Helbert Named Executive Director of Operations for Net Atlantic

SALEM, MA. – January 7, 2013 – Today Net Atlantic announced the appointment of Russ Helbert to the newly created position of Executive Director of Operations.

Helbert will oversee a wide range of Net Atlantic's operations, including sales, marketing and customer support. In this role he will collaborate closely with the Chief Executive Officer, providing oversight for business operations. A seasoned executive with over 25 years' experience, Helbert brings a wealth of business knowledge and experience for continuing to execute Net Atlantic’s strong growth initiatives and providing superior services.

In making this announcement, Lutts said: "Russ' unique experience in large and small field operations as well as his experience at corporate make him a good fit for this position. His analytical skills, keen focus on our revenue and growth opportunities and his ability to leverage best practices across systems will serve him well in his new role."

Prior to joining Net Atlantic, Helbert held senior-level positions with a number of companies, most notably VeriSign and Network Solutions, two prominent technology companies who similarly experienced rapid growth in their industries. His strong performance played a key role in their IPO, operations, acquisitions, and Six Sigma initiatives, resulting in dynamic growth in revenue and profitability. Applying best practices to drive efficiencies and operational excellence, his strong leadership delivers world-class organizational performance and forward-thinking solutions.

Helbert received a B.S. in business administration from the University at Buffalo.
