When I joined Net Atlantic in September, I was very impressed with its 14-year history providing one of the most versatile email marketing solutions available. I was also glad to see the company's dedication to providing a highly personal service level to customers like you. I realized that as we grow larger and offer more robust features and applications, that it was even more important to listen to you, the customer.

That is why over the next several months we will announce innovative enhancements to our strong platform. We will introduce attractive enterprise pricing as well as additional training offerings to help our customers become knowledgeable and innovative in implementing email marketing. Our goal is to help you increase revenue and decrease costs.

Also, just in the past two months, we've added truly powerful new features to our Email Marketing Suite while making gains in the number of support cases handled. We want to make sure your phone calls, emails, and chat are handled as close to immediately as possible by a human being. That's why we've added to our Account Management staff and also added development personnel to our Operations group.

We've added a Login Page to this website to help you log into your list more easily. We've also added a detailed Knowledgebase where you can get your questions answered quickly. You will also find Web Demos about our newest products and features. More than that, we've added several features and services, such as Email Advisor and free Image Hosting, to make your email marketing experience even better.

Together with Andy Lutts, Net Atlantic's founder and CEO, we are focused on providing you with the best email marketing services available. With our versatile email marketing software, reliable delivery and customer dedication, we look forward to serving you.
