As we enter an exciting new year, I would like to extend our sincere gratitude for the confidence you have placed in Net Atlantic during 2009. We understand that you have many options to help you reach total engagement with your customers, and I am grateful that you have chosen us as your Email Service and/or Web Hosting Provider. Because of customers like you, we added many enhancements to our services, including:

• For our email marketing customers, we added new features and products that have gained momentum, such as unlimited image hosting, and Email Advisor for previewing and ensuring the deliverability of your emails.
• For our web hosting customers, we have made many upgrades and enhancements including automated spam identification and quarantining, Dspam spam filtering service, and server performance enhancements for an improved customer experience.
• We also redesigned our website, added new whitepapers and web demos, and added a page where email marketing users can log in. It now includes links to make it easier for you to access your account and make payments.

This year promises to be even more eventful for Net Atlantic – and for you, our valued customer. We are committed to helping you build your business, strengthen your relationships, and meet your goals through a variety of new support services that will prove to be a valuable investment in assisting you to achieve total engagement.

Continued innovation in our products and services means more exciting features are in store, including VideoHere, our new application for sending video emails; a Mobile Application that lets you access email campaign data from the road; and new webinars and whitepapers covering topics like email best practices and total engagement marketing. In 2010 you can also look forward to:

• Regular web demonstrations covering our major product features like email automation, segmentation, and A/B/n split testing.
• New technology partnerships like the ones we have developed with FreshAddress, a list auditing and validation service provider; and Cantaloupe, a video production, management, and delivery provider.
• A new Partner Program with Agency and Reseller Editions that allow partners to manage multiple email accounts using our support services and strong ISP relationships.
